Community Involvement
At In His Name–Colleton, we believe serving our community means meeting people where they are and walking alongside them with practical help, compassion, and hope.
From our Outreach Center to our Community Food Pantry and Direct Street Outreach Program, we work to connect our neighbors with food, resources, and support when they need it most.

The pantry is part of our larger vision for a community Mission Center where neighbors can find food, support, resources, and hope.
Reaching Beyond Our Doors
Our community involvement doesn't stop at our locations. Throughout the year, we also:
Meet people where they are through our Direct Street Outreach Program, providing practical resources and connecting individuals experiencing homelessness with shelters, housing, healthcare, and other available services.
Host Free Community Laundry Days with support from local churches, businesses, and families.
Host an Annual Free Community Dinner during the Christmas season.
Participate as a member of the Lowcountry Continuum of Care Governing Council, supporting efforts to address homelessness and housing instability in Colleton County.
Through these programs and partnerships, we have the opportunity to serve our neighbors in different ways and remind them that they are not alone.
Food, support, resources, and hope.
